Weather Evacuation

EMERGENCY WEATHER ALERT- FESTIVAL EVACUATION NOTICE

ATTENTION FESTIVAL ATTENDEES:

Due to severe weather approaching the area, we are issuing an immediate evacuation of the
festival grounds for your safety.

This is not a drill. We are expecting [high winds / lightning / heavy rain / other hazard], which
presents a serious risk to everyone onsite.

Please remain calm and follow these instructions:

1. Stop what you are doing and prepare to evacuate immediately.
2. Follow the directions of festival staff and security personnel
3. Use the nearest designated exit or emergency route. Maps and signage are located
   throughout the grounds.
4. Do not run or push. Stay alert and move carefully.
5. If you arrived by car, return to your vehicle safely and await further instructions.
6. If you are using public transportation or a shuttle, proceed to the designated
   evacuation pick-up point.
7. Do not attempt to re-enter the festival grounds until authorities give the all-clear
   notification.

Updates, and all clear announcements will be shared via:

• Official festival app or website
• Social media
• On-site PA system and screens

Your safety is our top priority. Please cooperate fully and look out for one another as we
evacuate.
